La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain

The basilica has lots of stained glass, and various color of light is literally pouring into the inside space. The naturally inspired curves make beautiful geometrical pattern. The basilica is currently under construction (for more than 140 years), so the look of La Sagrada Familia that I saw last summer would never be reproduced. I wanted to make something with curves and various light, warm-feeling colors to commemorate each moment of time and movement.

Description

On a rectangular canvas, make a grid of pies that resemble the location / angle of current hour hand and minute hand of the analog clock. Give each pies gradient colors, and rotate each of them in a manner that produces optical illusion or visual that are pleasing to watch. The shape, the current angle(rotation), and speed of each pie should vary and change incrementally as the time change, thus making the every single moment of the canvas unique.
